The previous edition’s top-performing side was AgonXi8. They dominated the game, winning the Grand Finals with a 48-point advantage over the runner-up squad. After that, the fan-favorite team competed in the PMPL South Asia Championship, finishing in fourth place. The Pakistani team took part in the PMGC 2022 as well, and while they initially resisted, they were unable to perform well enough to advance to the Grand Finals.

Although Team QWERTY finished second in the previous iteration, their performance in the South Asia Championship 2022 Autumn was below par. To improve their performance for the forthcoming edition, the club added CHIEF and POP to the lineup last month.
