Fortnite just released the first look at the Marvel X-23 set that was rumored so much. In the past Fortnite has collaborated with Marvel a lot and we have also seen so many of the heroes in the game. For a while now, rumors about this collaboration were airing on Twitter by some famous leakers like ShiinaBR, HYPEX, and iFireMonkey. We will discuss everything about this Fortnite X Marvel collab here.
What is The Real Identity of X-23?
Craig Kyle and Chris Yost’s Laura Kinney is a human mutant also known by the name of Laura X, Laura Logan. She was made as an experiment to replicate the creation of Wolverine or Weapon X. Her first appearance was in Feb 2004.
According to the lore the replication was supposed to be a male as well but turned out that the cloning of the X chromosome failed multiple times. This led to the creation of X-23 as a female Weapon X. After the big Fortnite Update and the addition of Spider-Gwen, this will be the next major release.
What Will The Fortnite X 23 Skin Bundle Include?
The Fortnite X Marvel collaboration will bring the X 23 set with an outfit, harvesting tool, back bling, and wrap. As you can see in the image above each one has its own description.

Constituents of The Set:
Below are all the details of the X 23 Set in Fortnite:
- X-23 (Marvel Outfit) – 1500 V-Bucks
- Clone Pod (Back Bling)
- X Insignia (Wrap)
- X-23’s Adamantium Claws (Harvesting Tool) – 800 V-Bucks
The cost of the whole set will be 1900 V-bucks. Currently, we do not know the cost of the back bling or wrap, but as soon as we get an update on them we will change them here.

Is The New Skin Bundle Released Now?
Although, the first look was only for the content creators of Fortnite as of now. So, don’t worry if you can’t see the set in your Item Shop or Battle Pass yet. This was probably to ensure that the skin has no bugs and to create a sort of excitement amongst the players about the new set.
Fortnite has not yet disclosed the release date of the X 23 set. There are a couple of other rumors flying around about three other outfits that are yet to release. These are the Covert Cobalt, Shady Zadie, and Spycatcher Siren, all of which are Epic rarities. Make sure to leave a review in the comments if you liked the set so far.
