For a long time now, Fortnite has released so many cosmetics, skins and accessories with the Jordan collab (except for the Michael Jordan skin). It’s hard to believe that Michael Jordan himself hasn’t made an appearance in the game yet. Will there be a Michael Jordan X Fortnite collab soon?
Will There be a Michael Jordan Skin in Fortnite Soon?
This question still lingers as we are yet to see the Michael Jordan skin in the game. So Fortnite has only collaborated with Jordan as the sneaker brand. And they have released multiple skins with the collab at the same time. Around 3 years ago, Michael Jordan posted about a collaboration on his Instagram with Fortnite.

This was during the time when Fortnite released the Hangtime bundle in the game. It was also when the Clutch and Grind skins came to the game.
Fortnite X Jordan Collaborations in The Past
Even in the Air Jordan XI Cool Grey Collab this year we saw the release of Swish and Hangtime outfits. Along with them we could also see the cool grey bundle. And if you completed the 12 challenges that you got after buying the pack you could also get their exclusive paint. Epic introduced them in the Chapter 2 Season 8 of the game. They were a part of the game in Dec 1st, 2019. This collab also had a brand new creative map which had the aforementioned 12 trickshot challenges in the game.
The name of the map is Jumpman Zone if you want to check it out. Although, this challenge is glitched now and you can’t complete it for some reason. Most probably because it was a limited time event. You might recall the time when game recognition was available in the Downtown Drop LTM, but a new hangtime experience was then available. One of Jordan Brand’s most recognisable sneakers, the Air Jordan XI Cool Grey, took centre stage in Fortnite to mark the continuation of the two companies’ partnership.
Will we Get a New Creative Map For The Release?
Everything that we have mentioned till now suggests that there is a high chance of the Michael Jordan skin coming to Fortnite very soon. And if it is going to release soon, it will be coming with its own Creative map and challenges and hopefully a cool new pair of sneakers.
