A total of four teams are invited to the Challenger One main event. These are the teams:
- Sentinels
- 100 Thieves
- Envy
- Cloud 9 Blue
All the four teams represented the NA region last season and played on the highest tier.

In the same fashion, Envy continued their run in Masters Berlin. However, they lost the finals against Gambit Esports but were qualified for the Champions.
Looks like VCT NA has shifted to two qualifiers, with double elim after top 32.
Good. Definitely better than single qualifier, and better than last year's single elim. https://t.co/tUaUfKRSI5
