AMD Ryzen Skyesports Playoffs: Hyderabad Nawabs tastes the victory against Kolkata Tridents in the first eliminator of AMD Ryzen Skyesports. Moreover, the match was a best of five, where Hyderabad Nawabs won the first three maps and eliminates Kolkata from the tournament.
Furthermore, they will face Bengaluru Crushers in the next qualifier. Moreover, Nawabs will try to continue the momentum and book a slot for the finals against Rajasthan Strikers.
AMD Ryzen Skyesports Playoffs: How Hyderabad Eliminates Kolkata?
Hyderabad Nawabs and Kolkata Tridents arrived in the eliminator by finishing 3rd and 4th respectively in the league stages. Moreover, Unlike league, here the matches were best of five and not three.
Kolkata won the toss and selected the maps, meaning out of the first three maps two were selected by them. Still, Nawabs dominated the game and kicked them out of the AMD Ryzen Syesports tournament.
Match 1 Icebox
The first map was Icebox selected by Kolkata Tridents. Moreover, there was a time when the score was 12-10 in the favour of Kolkata but Hyderabad made a comeback and sent the game in extra time.
As usual, Kolkata lost a game in extra time and gave away the 1-0 lead to Nawabs. Moreover, it was Kolkata’s Deathmaker with insane 34 kills, but it hardly matters as his team fails to deliver in AMD Ryzen Skyesports Playoffs once again in extra time.

Match 2 Haven
The second map was selected by Hyderabad Nawabs and they proved why they selected Haven. Moreover, the Nawabs thrashed Kolkata completely and gave no chance on the second Map.
Furthermore, it was Amaterasu the IGL of Nawabs with 16 kills followed by Rite2ace 15 kills. Moreover, Haivan from Kolkata made a way for Flexx to change things but it didn’t work out in the second match of AMD Ryzen Skyesports Playoffs.
Final Score– 13-3 (Hyderabad Nawabs)

Match 3 Bind
Kolkata tried their best on the third map to avoid the clean sweep, but it was overall a good day for the Nawabs. Furthermore, Hyderabad eliminates kolkata in these small battles to make sure they end up winning the game.
DeathMaker was again the top fragger for the match but his efforts were not enough to get a victory. Furthermore, Hellff and Rite2ace also got the same number of kills to hand Hyderabad the Victory.
