On Friday, January 6, 2023, the first day of the PMGC 2022 Grand Finals will start, featuring 16 seasoned teams competing in the Jakarta International Expo, Indonesia. A $1.5 million prize fund is available. Each squad will arrive at the battleground hoping for a successful start to their campaign that would ease their burden the following day.
At around 4:00 PM IST, the first day will begin with a demonstration battle involving 64 players engaged in solo-mode combat. Since this is only a friendly competition, no points or kills will be added to the final standings.

PMGC 2022 Grand Finals Day 1 Timing
The first match will take place at 4:15 PM IST on the original PUBG Mobile map, Erangel. The following is the schedule for Day 1:

Where to watch PMGC 2022 Grand Finals
Fans may witness the PMGC 2022 Grand Finals live at the venue or online via the PUBG Mobile YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and TikTok channels in 14 different languages.
The host country’s Alter Ego Limax will have greater fan support than the rest, which will undoubtedly bolster their confidence in the arena. They will, however, fight against China’s Wolves (previously SMG) for the first time at PMGC 2022. This is because they were invited directly to the Finals, whilst the other 14 sides advanced by establishing themselves in the League Stage.
Nova Esports, coached by Jimmy, will be the most difficult opponent for the other 15 teams because they are a two-time global champion and are considered to be the top contender for the title this year as well.
T2K from Nepal, Influence from Brazil, and Geek Fam from Malaysia all had an unexpected run in the League Stage. These teams intend to carry on their stunning performances into the PMGC Finals.
