Ravis ‘L1NK’ Mendoza is commonly known as L1nk was a professional CS: GO, player, until he decided to switch to Valorant eSports. He kick-started his career in Valorant beside ScreaM, Jamppi, and SoulCas in Team Liquid. He is a well-known Controller who commonly plays agents such as Omen, and Brimstone. L1nk started with Team Liquid on the 8th of August 2020 and left the team on the 29th of July 2022 after being inactive for a while.

This news came as a surprise for everyone as L1nk was one of the players who had a huge impact on Team Liquids’ wins and success over time. He is also considered one of the best controllers in the EMEA region.

Acend, the well-known European eSports organization won Valorant Champions 2021 Berlin. They defeated Gambit eSports(now M3C) 3-2 in the first-ever Valorant Champions tournament. Acend won a whopping $350,000 and the tags of underdogs were removed forever. Soon after, the champion roster broke off and Acend’s performance shattered. The organization since then has been trying to get back things under control and had many players join and leave. They have finally made an impressive move by signing L1nk in their team for VCT EMEA LCQ which kicks off on 7th August 2022.
