With the release of the new version 1.6 in Genshin Impact, there was a new limited-time region that came out with it. If you’re wondering how to get to the region you’ve come to the right place. Actually, the Golden Apple Archipelago is a set of bewildering islands that you’ll need to visit for a quest in the Genshin Impact map version 1.6.
The Dodo-King has invited Klee to visit them for the quest Mysterious Islands: Journey to the Unknown. To complete this quest you’ve to unlock these islands first. We’ll discuss here how you can do it and what you’ll have to do further.
What is the Golden Apple Archipelago in Genshin Impact?
The new update 1.6 in Genshin Impact brought with it a ton of new updates, patches, and things that you can know about here. One of these was the Golden Apple Archipelago in the Genshin Impact 1.6.
The Golden Apple Archipelago basically means that after reaching these islands you’ll see the sun clearly as a ‘Golden Apple’. Hence, the name. This, Archipelago uncovers 4 different Islands within it that we’ll discuss. It also brings some new features like wave-riding, teleport waypoints for the islands, glimmering beacons, and echoing conches.
How can you get to the Golden Apple Archipelago?
You’ll have to talk to various characters in the game to know about the islands first. After you’ve done this you can go and talk to Venti who’ll tell you about the islands. You can see the location of the Golden Apple Archipelago on the map of Genshin Impact as above.
These were known as Haar Islands. These islands are in a part of the sea that is hard to reach, surrounds storms and you can’t reach them with ships. Here, Venti will summon Dvalin to take Paimon, You (The Traveler), Klee, Jean, and Barbara to the Archipelago.
The Golden Apple Archipelago at the beginning is covered with fog, but after unlocking the teleport waypoints you’ll see them all together. Consequently, these islands will be located across Teyvat and Serenitea Pot map.

Unlocked Islands:
Note: Each of these islands will have a teleport waypoint and a wave rider waypoint.
1. Pudding Isle
You’ll land here first. There will be echoing conches and a door of resurrection.
2. Twinning Isle
After this, you’ll see an echoing conch and a rock pile that you have to clear for a chest.
3. Broken Isle
Furthermore, you’ll see another island where you’ve to light 4 Ruin Torches. For doing that you’ll unlock a chest. There’ll also be an Anemo Pinwheel for wind current
4. Minacious Isle
Near the last island, you’ll have to light up a pyro and a cryo monument to unlock a chest.
