The VCT Pacific 2024 Kickoff is scheduled as an 8-day tournament to be held at the S Factory in Seongdong-Gu, Seoul, South Korea. Featuring a total of 19 matches, the tournament unfolds in three stages. The initial stage involves group rounds utilizing the GSL format, where 11 teams are randomly seeded into three groups. Group winners advance to the winner’s bracket, while a loser’s bracket provides teams a second chance at progression. The 12th team, PRX, advances directly to Group C as the Pacific Champions of 2023.
The eight qualifying teams from the group stages proceed to the Play-ins, a single round-robin elimination system. The final four teams emerging from the Play-ins move on to the Playoffs, engaging in a single-elimination bracket once again. The top two teams from the Playoffs secure coveted slots at Masters Madrid.
