C4:
- The maximum damage to players caused by C4 has been lowered from 240 to 210.
- The maximum damage radius of the C4 has been decreased from 2.4 meters to 1.6 meters.
- The self-damage multiplier for C4 has been raised from 1 to 1.3.
Dome Shield:
