The Finals has finally released its 1.4.0 patch, confirming the changes in balance, quality of life Improvement, crash fixers, and anti-cheat improvements. Gamers were eagerly anticipating this new patch because it addresses the persistent issue of cheating, which has been a major concern within the community. Embark has introduced a winter-themed edition of the Monaco map, accompanied by exclusive holiday-themed cosmetics for players to enjoy.

The Finals

Embark Studios is behind “The Finals,” a free-to-play competitive first-person shooter that has garnered substantial attention. As of the current publication, this game holds the impressive position of being the seventh most-played title on Steam. Its significant player base and widespread popularity on the platform have contributed to its notable standing among gamers.

Embark was criticized for using AI voiceovers in the final by myriad voice actors and other developers. Embark informed IGN that they don’t aim to create games exclusively without actors. Instead, they employ a blend of recorded voiceovers and AI-generated text-to-speech tools for their games’ audio content.
