Genshin Impact Version 2.5 Character and Weapon Banner Leaks: Genshin Impact Version 2.5 is just a few days away from release. Bringing a whole new selection of content with it, the patch is expected to go live on 16th February 2022. The current version introduced a whole new area to the game – Enkanomiya. The main story quest and plot also received major updates. Hence, 2.5 is consecutively expected to be more of a filler update – with event reruns and story quests tying it together.
An official Livestream for Genshin Impact’s Version 2.5 preview aired on 4th February. It provided official confirmation of the 5-star banners that we’re going to be seeing in the next patch. The banners are split into the following phases:
- Phase 1: Yae Miko (New – electrocatalyst user)
- Phase 2: Raiden Shogun ( Rerun – electro polearm user) + Sangonomiya Kokomi (Rerun – hydro catalyst user)
The dual rerun banners in Phase 2 will have a shared pity, as usual, so keep saving your primogems!
Genshin Impact Version 2.5 Character Banner Leaks:
Although we have received official announcements for the main characters, the featured 4 stars with them are still unconfirmed. The contemporary weapon banners remain uncertain too.
However, lumie_lumie, a reliable Genshin leaker, has provided speculations for these details. According to the datamined files, the following 4 stars will receive drop boost rates along with Yae Miko in Phase 1:
- Fischl (electro bow user)
- Diona (cryo bow user)
- Thoma (pyro polearm user)

Genshin Impact Version 2.5 Weapon Banner Leaks:
The first weapon banner in Genshin Impact 2.5 is expected to feature these 5-star weapons:
- Kagura’s Verity ~ Yae Miko’s official catalyst
- Primordial Jade Cutter
Rainslasher, Stringless, and Eye of Perception are some of the 4-star weapons that will appear on the same banner.
However, please take all the information above with a grain of salt. Moreover, remember – all leaks are subject to change at any time. Genshin leaks haven’t revealed the exact details for the banners in Phase 2 yet, but you can expect them within the next 2 weeks.
