The most awaited smartphone game ‘Fearless and United Guards’, also known as FAU-G, has been released in the Indian gaming market. Launched only for smartphone users, the game is a mixture of storytelling and close combat. The first day reactions of the game have come out to the public.

With a lot of bugs and glitches throughout the gameplay, players and streamers are seen criticizing and making fun of this made-in-India game. Apart from the criticism it received, the FAU-G has got an impressive rating of 4.2 on the Google Play Store.

A Brief About the Developers

The game has been designed and launched by nCore Games, a gaming company located in the Indian tech city Bangalore. As discussed earlier in the reports, 20 percent of the revenue generated by FAU-G will go in the Bharat Ke Veer trust. The game has been endorsed by many famous Indian actors like Akshay Kumar who are seen promoting it on their social media handles.

There is a mixture of reactions to the release of FAU-G in the Indian gaming scene. A few people on Twitter pointed out the absence of grenades and guns, especially when it is hyped and compared to PUBG Mobile in India. The total game size on the Play Store is 460 MB and a lot of bugs and glitches need to be rectified in the future. Other than this, multiplayer modes, Graphics, and Gameplay are the areas of improvement for the developers.

Is FAU-G better than PUBG?

There are a lot of misconceptions about FAU-G being compared to popular PUBG Mobile. In an interview with MoneyControl, Lokesh Suji, Director – Esports Federation of India, openly responded to the questions. When asked about the comparison of FAU-G and PUBG, Lokesh quoted stating,

“PUBG is a multiplayer game and FAU-G is a storyline game. If the team behind FAU-G builds a multiplayer mode, then sure, why not?”
