Brawl Stars World Finals 2020 announced with 1,000,000 prize pool

Mobile gaming giant, SuperCell has announced the World Championship ”Brawl Stars World Finals 2020 announced with 1,000,000 prize pool” for its popular title Brawl Stars.

The Brawl Stars World Finals 2020 has been scheduled to take place from 21st- 22nd November with a prize pool of 1,000,000.

The event will be aired exclusively from Brawl Stars’ studio located in Katowice, Poland. Keeping the Pandemic in mind, Supercell has allowed the teams to participate remotely if they face any traveling issue.

The company has also restricted the audience; which means it’ll take place in an empty arena this year.

Earlier this year, Supercell had partnered with ESL Gaming for organizing its regional online qualifiers, which started from the in-game open qualifiers followed by the closed regional qualifiers. The qualifiers narrowed to the Regional monthly finals and now has reached the Brawl Stars World Finals 2020.

Now, the top8 teams from the selected regions will be brawling for a share of 1 Million prize pool and to be crowned as the Best Brawling team of the world.

  • LATAM South- INTZ (Brazil)
  • China- Nova Esports (China)
  • Asia Pacific- Jupiter(Japan)& PSG Esports(Singapore)
  • Europe & Middle East Africa- CodeMagicPurple(France), Qlash(Spain), SK Gaming (Europe)

Brawl Stars entered the competitive scene last year. It has received a good amount of response from the community. In its beginning, the game had attracted the likes of Nova Esports, Paris Saints Esportsand SpaceStation Gaming; whereNova Esportswere crowned as the first-ever Brawl Stars champions.

The 3V3 game has hardly been in the competition for 2 years and has managed to become one of the major mobile titles to get featured on several LAN events such as ESL, DreamHack. Following the growing popularity of the game, Supercell has been able to hike the prize money to a huge amount of 1 Million USD this time, as compared to last year’s 250,000 USD in total.
