The PMGC 2022 Finals will take place from January 6th to 8th, 2023. And because so many people are looking forward to it, we expect a lot of competitiveness in the finals and a large audience for the event. Unfortunately for Indian fans, there will be no Indian teams in the PMGC 2022 finals, although several Indian famous streamers like as Mortal and Scout will be watch party the finals. We see the most touted teams, NOVA and GODL Stalwart, battling in the finals, thus that event will be incredibly thrilling and fascinating to watch.

It is a three-day event hosted at JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL EXPO in Indonesia. It’s a significant event, and people are excited about it. The buzz over it shows how much people like it. PMGC 2022 Grand Finale: Teams and Venue

Divisional stage

The Divisional Stage, which will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will include 48 teams from around the world competing for 13 spots in the Grand Final. Three stages will be included: Group Stage, Survival, and Last Chance.

These 48 teams will be split into three groups of 16 teams for the Group Stage, which takes place from November 10 to November 27. The top three teams from each Group will compete separately over the course of four days. And the top three teams moving on to the PMGC Grand Finals. Therefore, nine teams and three from each group will be guaranteed spots in the Finals.

Survival Stage

In the Survival Stage, the second round of the competition, the fourth through eleventh-placed teams from each group standings will compete. They compete against another 24 teams split once more into three groups of eight teams over the course of three days from November 30 to December 2. Overall, teams placed 17 to 24 will be eliminated from the PMGC, with the top 16 teams moving on to the third round, dubbed the Last Chance.

The Last Chance phase on December 3 and 4 will determine which teams will advance to the PMGC Grand Final, and remain in the top four teams earning those positions.

Grand Finals

The competition finals will take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, from January 6 to January 8, 2023. And 16 teams battling for the global championship title. The nine teams from the league’s group stage and the four teams from the Last Chance got an opportunity. Three of the 16 teams will be given direct invitations to the Finals.

Two of the three invited teams are SMG and Alter Ego, with the name of the third team to be revealed later in the year. The first stage has been contested by 47 of the 48 teams from the league level. The PMGC PEL Qualifier, which is now taking place, will end on October 30 and will be used to choose the final team.
