1st Way to Make Infinite Water Source
Step-1: Open your game and choose the place where you want to make Infinite Water Source.

Step-2: Make sure that the place is made up of dirt or wood.
Step-3: Dig three blocks in a row with the help of a shovel or axe.

Step-1: Dig four blocks and make a square.
