Valorant Team Deathmatch is getting a massive revamp in the next patch and here are the details about it.

Valorant Episode 7 will be online very soon and new updates are coming in the form of trailers. Valorant Team Deathmatch game-mode will be getting a massive revamp and a new trailer gave us some vital information about its features.

The Team Deathmatch mode in Valorant has been lackluster for a long time now. Riot has finally decided to completely revamp the game mode in order to make it a viable and fun mode to play, and not simply for warming up. The trailer showed us a bot altering the Valorant cyber network and the maps in order to initiate a new form of TDM. Players can access this new update in the next Valorant update.

Valorant Team Deathmatch (TDM): All new features


As speculated earlier, there are nee maps that are exclusive to the TDM game mode. These are Plazza, District, and Kasbah. They are the modified versions of the Ascent, Split, and Bind maps, which will feature some new terrain. Along with this, there will be many new features that will be quite new.

5v5 Competition

Players will face each other in a 5v5, which means there will be two teams. The first team to get a 100 kills will win the game.

4 Stages

There will be a total of 4 stages in the match, where players will get different weapons according to the stage.

  • Stage 1 – Pistols: Players can only access pistols in this stage. Classic, Ghost, and Frenzy are the 3 guns that will be given in this stage.
  • Stage 2: In this stage, players can only access Ares, Stinger, or Sheriff.
  • Stage 3: Players can obtain only the Bulldog, Guardian, Spectre, or Ares in this stage.
  • Stage 4: This stage will only have Phantom and Vandal.

Players do not need to maintain their economy to buy weapons or abilities


Players can now get ability cooldown and weapon spawners on the map. The ability cooldown will reduce the cooldown of your abilities, and weapon spawners can give you free weapons that might not be available in the stages. You can also get pickups that recharge your ultimate.
