Fortnite finally released the new Shadow Midas Skin after a long wait of one year. This skin is expected to be a boss of Fortnitemares 2020. Fortnite took a lot of time to release this amazing skin.

This amazing Shadow Midas comes under an epic outfit in the game. It was first released in Fortnite Chapter 2 season 8 on 29th October 2021. This skin is a part of Shadow Seekers set.
Shadow Midas skin comes in two selectable styles. Its color theme is purple. He was boss in Fortnitemares 2020.
Unfortunately, this skin does not have back bling, there is no glider, there is no pickaxe. But the first thing to note obviously is that he is clearly reactive skin and you can turn his reactivity on and off.
The second important thing to notice is the shadow touch. It says that it applies a shadow wrap to any equipped weapon. So if you missed out on this shadow wrap from Chapter 2 Season 4 i.e Fortnitemares 2020 then you don’t have to worry about it.
Any weapon that you will hold will automatically turn it into the shadow wrap. So in terms of Shadow Midas, the wrap you collected in Fortnitemare 2020 is basically useless here. You can use that wrap on other characters.
For Shadow Midas skin you don’t even need to have it equipped because you get it automatically.
Reactive Feature:
The reactive feature for this Shadow Midas states that for every elimination you get up to a certain point which will turn you more and more purple.
If you don’t like that or you prefer it to be all purple them you can turn it off and the entire skin will get whole purple except his face. So it is all upon your choice which one to choose. Both are cool options.
How to get Shadow Midas Skin in Fortnite?
Players can find this skin in the item shop of Fortnite Battle Royale. It will cost you around 1,500 V-Bucks which is slightly on the expensive side. It is because it does not come with any glider, pickaxe, or any back bling. So players will need to make their own custom combinations of cosmetics to match with this skin.
