So the PUBG Mobile 3.9 update is almost here, it comes out on July 8, 2025. And it is bringing lot of new changes, which makes gameplay more exciting. Not just regular updates, now Metro Royale is going to become a place full of zombies, new events, and strange machines you never thought about before.
Zombie Uprising Mode Inside Metro Royale
Now here’s the big stuff. A new mode is coming to Metro Royale, called Zombie Uprising. This one’s not like what you already saw. There are many dangerous monsters now, and they are not easy to beat.
- Monster Levels: The creatures got 4 ranks, each one is more harder than the last, especially when you’re getting closer to the center of the map.
- Use of Crystals: You defeat the enemies and also other players, and then gather crystals. These are used to boost your stats during match, kinda like upgrades.
- Genetic Codes: When the elite boss is killed, you will get some code. These can be put inside the machine to make another powerful creature spawn, and if you beat that one too, you get better loot.
Additions and Tactical Twists
- Portable Server Container: It’s like a thing you hack. If the hacking goes successful, it gives you high-value info and sellable objects.
- Incubation Drops: These random drops might give you rewards, or a surprise fight with a monster. Could be both.
- Merchant NPCs: Some characters are now in-game, where you can sell items and exchange them for rewards. Feels like a tiny marketplace.
New Sellables and Weapons Introduced
There are some cool items that come with 3.9. Like Fabled drops, such as Portable Microscope or Centrifuge. Also, a new weapon: Thunderclap Judicator, which not only looks good but also hits very strongly.
Transformers Are Here, Somehow
Now this might seem surprising, but yes, Transformers is part of this update. You either go with Optimus Prime or maybe Megatron.
- Each character got their own special move, like a huge axe swing or energy attack.
- Players can drive them and change into robot form, like from cartoon, but in-game now.
Metro Looks Cyberpunk Now + New Vehicles
A new map is added – Neon Outpost. It has a lot of shiny buildings and a futuristic feel. Also, new vehicles come: hoverboards, electric tanks and even mega trucks. Players now have many fast ways to travel.
Ranked Arena Return Again
Good news for serious gamers – the Ranked Arena is back, too. Fight other teams, climb ranks and maybe get some cool things.
