In the future crossover Twice known as Jin Bubaigawara or Dabi aka Blueflame also except.

However, this big news is doubtful as no official information about the villain skin coming to Fortnite so this could be changed in the future if this collaboration happened. Moreover, no additional information came out from Wensoring but if announced we will update it.
Another tweet by HYPEX indicates the same by pointing out the Dark theme of the item shop with the coming of the v29.30 update in the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2. This is related to the third crossover in which the Fortnite My Hero Academia Villain skins rumore matches.

As there is no official announcement from the side of Epic Games we don’t have to confirm it before the game confirmation. But, surely, this third-wave collaboration brings excitement among the MHA and Fortnite fans.
