Fall Guys Clan of Yeetus Event: Everything You Need To Know

Fall Guys

Fall Guys is a hugely popular platformer/battle-royale hybrid. Developed by UK-based developer Mediatonic. Typical of Battle Royale games, there are several rounds in which players attain progress. Until eventually the last remaining player is crowned the winner.

The game features a huge variety of mini-games, each one randomly selected. This lends the game a “game show” like feel. While the influence of shows like Takeshi’s Castle, wipeout and It’s a Knockout is obvious. The game also takes a cue from schoolyard games like “Tag, you’re it!”

Reception:

Fall Guys received positive reviews. Critics praised the gameplay and bright colorful graphics. Calling it riotous fun. Drawing favorable comparisons to Mario Party and Super Monkey Ball. The physics-based movement system was seen as a double-edged sword though. With the potential to frustrate. It did however set it apart from precision platformers that feature keyframe animation.
