The story for the game will feature V, a cyberpunk for hire, who will team up with FIA agent Solomon Reed to solve a case. Reed is being portrayed by actor Idris Elba, and Johnny Silverhand will be portrayed once again by Keanu Reeves. The packed storyline and cast will finally be unveiled this year!

According to the latest trailer, Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty will be releasing on 26th September 2023. The trailer revealed a sneak peek into the world of Cyberpunk 2077 that we will get to experience once again.
V and Reed will be going on an investigation in Night City and players will get to explore a variety of new locations. One of the locations is Dogtown, and its is described as the deadliest location in Night City.

Although the new expansion looks amazing, the leaks about its price has concerned many fans. There was leak on Reddit concerning the prices, which stated that the game will be priced at £24.99 in UK and $29.99 in the US. Many fans expressed their opinions of it being too pricey, but the positive reviews might make it worth to check it out.
