With the current Halloween events and Fortnitemates going on we almost forgot about this season. The Chapter 3 Season 4 is right about to end. And devs from Epic Games are starting to test out the Chapter 3 Season 5 in Fortnite. So we’re going to cover everything from the C3S5 release date to it’s battle pass in Fortnite.
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 5 in Testing Phase – Release Date and Battle Pass:
A lot of famous content creators pointed out that they were seeing the testing of Chapter 3 Season 5 in the backend. This would include HYPEX, iFireMonkey and ShiinaBR. All of them have confirmed Epic working on a playtest on a new version of the game.
We are yet to know what the v23.00 in Fortnite will be about it what the theme might be. Some of the leaks on Twitter and YouTube show the iShowSpeed skin that was leaked some time ago. Others show that there might be another Anime collab in Fortnite.
C3S5 Battle Pass Predictions:
Although amongst the game files we could find the names ‘Artemis‘ and ‘Asteria‘. They are new map names in the game but we don’t know for sure.

We saw some fans pitching the ideas for a collab with Family Guy as well. Some of the current rumours are also hinting at the famous Overwatch 2 X Fortnite collab. For some unknown reason this collab has gone viral all over the place. At least we know that The Rock is out of the scenario with Black Adam in the game.
C3S5 Release Date:
According to our Twitter Sources the Chapter 3 Season 5 would start by December 5th, 2022. The date may vary in the future as Epic wants them to. Before that, some important dates to remember would be:
- November 1st, 2022 – New Update v22.30 (End of Fortnitemates)
- December 3rd, 2022 – Chapter 3 Season 4 Ends
There’s one last thing you may want to know. Planes were also supposed to be unvaulted today but instead their release was postponed. Maybe new features are coming to them and Epic will release them within the next season.
Is The Update Really C3S5 in Fortnite?
Many fans are also hinting that this just may be the Chapter 4 Season 1 and Fortnite just ends the Chapter 3 right here. Or this maybe another part of the C3S4. But according to us, they’ll make the ending more grand and would require a huge update. Whatever it maybe, we’ll let you know in advance.
