If you’re a fan of the newly released Overwatch 2 and can’t wait for more, there actually is going to be more. Overwatch 2 is going to host a live event on Twitch and also releasing an exclusive new skin for Kiriko with Twitch Drops. As before, Overwatch 2 is a free-to-play, team-based, battlefield brawl. Before we dive deeper let’s discuss a bit about Kiriko.
Overwatch 2: Brand New Character Kiriko
Kiriko Kamori aka Protector of Kanezaka is a Japanese vigilante Shrine Caretaker. Kiriko is a ninja healer working with her Kitsune spirit. She can throw kunai at her enemies and Protection Suzu at her teammates. Since she’s a supporting character her abilities are also more dominating towards support.
Looking from a broader perspective her mechanisms are a lot like Echo, but with better support and less mobility than hers. One of her abilities is the Healing Ofuda and it can heal any allies in its way. Yellow Ofuda are activated for already damaged allies and Blue ones are still looking for one. If a teammate runs into them they will be healed automatically or will be destroyed. Apart from that, her ultimate includes Kitsune Rush which brings forth a fox spirit increasing the movement, and speed and lowering the cooldowns of abilities of teammates.
All About The Overwatch 2 Kiriko Twitch Drops:
In the stream that will be happening today at 2 PM PDT. The coverage of her animated short will begin at 3 PM PDT. Hope all of you are also as excited as much as we are about the short as well as her new skin. So make sure to get her from the Season 1 Battle Pass.
Twitch Drop #1: Voice Line & Legendary Skin
Whatever you do, don’t miss out on the Twitch stream today. The first Twitch drop will be her voice line – “I take care of my friends” and her legendary skin – Sukajan Kiriko. You’ll need to watch the stream for 2 hours for the voice line and 4 hours more to unlock her legendary Sukajan Kiriko skin.

Twitch Drop #2: Overwatch 2 Kiriko (Spray & Weapon Charm)
But wait, there’s more, there’s a second twitch drop that will also have a spray and a weapon charm. The next stream will be on Oct 16, 2022 11:59 PM PDT. The next drop will follow on Oct 17, 2022, 11:00 AM PDT, Oct 24, 2022 12:00 AM PDT for the “Razor Sharp Kiriko” spray and the Donut Weapon charm.
