Why BGMI Showdown is Important?
TLDR: Because it’s a pathway to the invitational slot of PMWI after party 2022.
The top team or teams will get the opportunity to represent India in the international BGMI e-sports event. It’s more like a wildcard entry for a team who now able to perform well in BMPS. So, in that case, it’s an important tournament and the prize pool is just for show.

The start date of this tournament is 21st July and the finals are on 24th July. Again it’s not for every team but only 24 Indian BGMI teams. The last most important detail is the prize pool of Showdown is only 15 lakhs but the teams who will win will get the chance to go in PMWI. And the prize pool of PMWI is $1 Million, amazing right? Furthermore, the showdown is going to be an offline event, yes Battleground Mobile India’s first LAN tournament.
