Michael “Shroud” Grzesiek is all set to compete in Valorant eSports after his 4 years break. He was a CS: GO pro for Cloud9 till 2018 before he announced his retirement from eSports to be a full-time streamer. Shroud recently won Gamer of the year 2022 and shocked the community when he announced that he will be coming back to eSports. Shroud is well known for his game sense and excels in any game he plays. He has a huge fan following and is also known as the God of FPS games.

Sentinels announced that Shroud will be competing for them in LCQ and further on. They took to Twitter to storm with this announcement as no one had expected it.
Who Is Shroud?
Shroud started his career in CS: GO with Exertus eSports, Manajuma. He was eventually signed by Complexity Gaming as a stand-in and was later signed by the major org Cloud9 in 2014. The signing by Cloud9 boomed his career as he showed off his skills to an even greater audience and his fan following rose. He played for Cloud9 for 4 years leading the team to win ESL Pro League Season 4 in 2016. He was soon to announce his retirement from eSports in 2017 to be a full-time Streamer.
Shroud has 10.2M followers on Twitch and 6.79M subscribers on YouTube. He streams daily and streams multiple games like Valorant, CS: GO, COD, Raft, and many more fun games. He was nominated for the Best FPS Gamer of the year 2022 and won the Best Gamer of the year 2022.
What Will Be The Sentinels Lineup For LCQ?
Sentinels will be playing with 5 man roster. The IGL will be Shazam, Duelist will be played by Tenz, Kanpeki will be playing as controller or Initiator, Dapr will be changing his role account to the map and Sharoud will be playing Viper or Smoke. Shroud will be replacing Sick as he has taken an indefinite break from eSports due to family problems.

When Will Shroud Play His First Valorant Pro Match?
Shroud will be making his debut in the VCT NA: Last Chance Qualifiers where the top 2 teams win a slot in the Masters which will be held in December. The LCQ is scheduled to be played on August 18th and 19th.
