The diamonds required for each flip are 9, 19, 29, 49, 69, 99, 199, 299, and 599. Hence, players have to spend 1371 diamonds or less.

3rd Step: Here, shuffle the cards before using the diamonds to flip them.
4th Step: You can flip the desired card by spending diamonds.
