The game features a new story mode, as well as a new gameplay mechanic called the “Heat System”. The Heat System allows players to power up their characters by filling up a heat gauge. Once the heat gauge is full, players can use a variety of new moves and abilities.
Tekken 8 also features a new roster of characters, including returning favorites such as Jin Kazama, Kazuya Mishima, and Heihachi Mishima. New characters include Lucky Chloe, a young woman who fights with capoeira, and Claudio Serafino, a mysterious man who wields a powerful sword.
