Firstly, you need to update your game to the latest version of PUBG Mobile in-game updates as well as the hardware update on the App Store or Google play store

You may face the account login issue if you have not updated the game from the play store or app store or the in-game update. The update option appears while running the game for the first time after installing it. Or this might be a bug of the game or technical misplacement from developers, and lots of users have already come across it.

Firstly install the application from the link given below.

After installing the application, launch the application. Follow the steps given below.

Step 1 – After launching the application, head to the android folder; in the android folder, click on the data folder, search for a folder named ‘com.tencent.ig’ in the data folder and open it.

Step 2 – After clicking on the folder, open the folder and click on the files folder in it. By clicking on the files folder, click on the subsequent folder naming ‘UE4Game’.

Step 3 – After opening the UE4Game folder, you will see a folder named ShadowTrackerExtra; click on that folder; by clicking on it, you will head to a saved folder.

Step 4 – After clicking on the save folder, scroll down at last, and you will see a folder named ‘SrcVersion.ini.’ After opening the SrcVersion.ini folder, you will see several serial codes written there.

Step5 – Edit the src version serial number listed there and change it to 1.01.99999 and save the process.

Step 6 – Now turn off the internet on your device and launch the PUBG Mobile. By this, you will be sent to the login page.

Step 7 – Now, after coming to the login page again. Turn on your wifi or internet on your device and log in through your respected accounts. After a couple of minutes and after completing the loading process, you will be able to access your account without any issue.
