The claim of misogony was pushed as the main point of contention against haters. It was bolstered after streamer JiDion instructed his fans to spam hateful messages in Poki’s chat. Some JiDion supporters even went so far as to harass members of the chat privately, and JiDion was banned indefinitely as a result of this, as well as all of the other factors considered by Twitch.
The ban caused a huge reaction from his fans to try and get him unbanned, as well as Ninja, who gifted the streamer subscriptions and gave him advice to not do that again. She didn’t like that Ninja was supporting someone who had sent fans after her. She called him out on her livestream.
Pokimane then explained that Ninja attempted to contact his Twitch representative about having JiDion unbanned, and she had proof to back it up. Pokimane played a clip from the stream where this all happened, highlighting the moment when Ninja said he texted his Twitch guy.
