Monyett etched his name into Valorant’s history books by setting a new VCT record for the most kills in a single LAN map. In a memorable match against the formidable Korean team DRX, he amassed an astonishing 39 kills over 32 rounds, despite his team narrowly losing in overtime with a score of 15-17.

Despite his recent role as Global Esports’ primary Controller during the 2023 season, concerns about role overlap with Mindfreak are minimal. Monyet predominantly played as a Duelist agent during his tenure with his former team ONIC. However, the Valorant community is eagerly anticipating how his addition will impact the team’s dynamics and strategies.

As the VCT 2024 Season approaches, fans and competitors alike are eager to see Monyet in action alongside his new Paper Rex teammates. With his exceptional skills and track record, he undoubtedly adds a valuable dimension to Paper Rex’s pursuit of excellence in the world of Valorant esports.
