Halo is one of the most iconic games offered by Xbox. Since the release of the game, it has managed to gather quite some name for itself. Since its inception, the players have loved the gameplay, the storyline, and of course, Master Chief!

Recently Halo released another franchise, Halo: Infinite. To be honest, it is a pretty good game with good graphics and overall aesthetics of a Halo game. It offers good multiplayer as well as challenging single-player campaign mode.

But now, Halo: Infinite has another mode to play, co-op! Well it makes sense, the banished in the game can become too nasty at some time, and to be honest, other AI players, do not fare well in the combat.

The campaign co-op beta test for Halo Infinite has been made alive by the game’s developer, 343 Industries, allowing players a chance to try it out before cooperative multiplayer is set to be included in the main game at some point in August. All Xbox users who possess the Halo Infinite campaign may enter the beta, and PC users on Steam who have already joined the Halo Insider Program should also have access.

In  Halo Infinite co-op beta, you can invite up to 3 of your friends to take on the challenging open-world campaign mode. Not to be forgotten, it will also allow cross-platform co-op. Which means that even if your friends do not have an Xbox, they can join with their PC!

One thing to note is friendly-fire set on in the game. This means you and your friends will have to be extra careful while launching a grenade or opening fire at a banished while another player is already busy fighting them.

The beta will officially end on August 1 at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET, according to 343 Industries. Participants will get a full two weeks to test out the co-op and report any problems they encounter.
