Recently, Additional District Judge (ADJ) Naresh Kumar Laka wrote a letter to PM Narendra Modi showing his concerns about these violent games. The Letter talks about:
“The population of the country applauded your decision in banning the infamous game PUBG Mobile, which has had a disastrous negative impact on children’s development. But, like the earlier PUBG, two comparable apps, Free Fire (Garena Free Fire – Rampage) and PUBG India (BGMI), are now having a negative impact on children”
Is Free Fire Banned in India: True or Not?
Well, for now, the game is not banned in India but it might happen if the parents keep on demanding the ban from the government. Recently, Bangladesh High Court has told the government to restrict these kinds of applications immediately. Basically, The court also issued a rule by asking the authorities concerned with the government. So, This news is very bad news for all the professional games and organizations of Free Fire.
The High Court bench of Justice Mozibur Rahman Miah and Justice Kamrul Hossain Mollah have decided to come up with the rule and order following a written petition filed. However, This is not the first time when we hear such news in the Bangladeshi community. But this time Free Fire is in deep trouble.
Why is Garena Free Fire Ban in Bangladesh Concerning Them?
According to them, these online games are affecting the mental health of children. They think that these games are addictive. Moreover, it will affect the youth in the coming years. They also think that Future Generation will be in trouble.
However, Youths are also feeling sad. They think that some of them can earn revenue. Some say their livelihood depends on it. so, there are many opinions regarding. However, Bangladesh Government has to take the final call. So, this time Free Fire Ban In Bangladesh is looming large.
Why are PUBG Mobile and Free Fire Ban in Bangladesh?
The craze of both the games had gone next level in the country. The people were playing it way too much. The people of the country got addicted to both of these games. PUBG Mobile and Free Fire received a ban as they were affecting kids and teenagers.
Main Reason for the Ban:
The High Court of Bangladesh passed the order to ban PUBG Mobile and Free Fire as these games were affecting children and teenagers.
The petition also said that the youth is getting violent and doing inappropriate activities. Due to such reasons, popular games like PUBG Mobile, Free Fire are currently facing a ban.
By the way, let me tell you, These games were banned for few years last year. We have to wait for the official statement.
