ESL Announces ESL Wild Rift Premiership For Players Of UK, Ireland, And Nordics

ESL Premiership, one of the longest-running competitive series of United Kingdom and Ireland announced their operations for WildRift. ESL will host ESL Wild Rift Premiership for United Kingdom, Ireland, and Nordic regions. Recently Riot Games made the announcement of an open beta of League of Legends Wild Rift for more countries and regions.

ESL Wild Rift Premiership –

ESL Wild Rift Premiership will feature a £5,000 prize pool, the tournament will feature open qualifiers for all registered teams. You can sign up now for the Open Qualifiers by visiting esl.im/WildRiftQual1 and esl.im/WildRiftQual2. Which will start at 12:00 GMT on Saturday 3rd April 2021 and Sunday 4th April 2021 respectively. The top 4 teams from each qualifier will qualify for the Wild Rift Premiership Spring 2021.

Requirements for qualifiers –

  • Teams have at least 5 players and a max of 8 players.
  • Players must enter their League of Legends Wild Rift ID game ID.
  • Teams must have at least 5 members with residence in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.
  • Players must be at least 16 years old.

All matches will be played on the best of 3 with a double elimination format. After the conclusion of online qualifiers, Group Stage will take place in round-robin format where 8 teams will battle for securing the spot in playoffs. The finals of ESL Wild Rift Premiership will take place on 19-20 June, 2021 which will be an online remote play event.

Matches will be broadcasted from Tuesday 20th April, 2021, you can watch the broadcast coverage by tuning into ESL_LOL.
