What are Alien Nanites in Fortnite?
Alien Nanites are usable items introduced recently in the game. Unfortunately, they’re quite hard to find. But here we will see where you can find them. These Alien Nanites can be used as a throwable. However, it will cause a cuboidal biome to spawn. Inside this biome, you can move around freely maneuvering with your jump/crouch and directional buttons.
Besides this, they can also be used to craft the newly introduced alien-type weapons. The strategic use of this item would be more to craft a weapon than use it individually. Let’s see where you can find the Alien Nanites in Fortnite.
Find Alien Nanites in Fortnite: Where to Find Alien Nanites in Fortnite?
Alien Nanites are a common item. Even so, it is quite hard to find them. This could be due to a glitch in the server itself. And Fortnite might be fixing that (if it is). So far, we’ve not seen any updates regarding the concern from them.
We don’t know the exact locations where you could find Fortnite. But you can still find them as floor loot. You can also try your luck opening up multiple chests. In this case, supply drops might not be that useful since they’re less likely to spawn common rarity loot. Same goes for Pinatas.
How to Deploy the Alien Nanites in Fortnite?
You’ll have access to this legendary challenge after you’ve finished the other Legendary Challenges for the week. In order to complete this challenge, you’ll need to deploy(use) the Alien Nanite on yourself first. Although, you’ll still have to be lucky to find them. After deploying the Nanite the mission should complete on its own. You’ll only need to deploy one Alien Nanite for the quest in Fortnite.

Alien Nanites Not Working: Alien Nanites quest not working
There have been a lot of complaints about the same recently. Players have complained that they’re not able to complete the quest of Deploy Alien Nanites and it is not working. This can be due to several reasons:
- Not unlocked the Legendary Challenge yet. (You’ll need to finish them one by one)
- A glitch in servers of Fortnite (If so, we’ll inform you about that as well)
- Alien Nanite was not deployed on yourself (Mentioned earlier)
- Alien Nanite not used properly.
