The highly anticipated Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2023 is set to kick off on November 22, organized by the gaming giant KRAFTON. This A-Tier eSports tournament, a mix of online and offline competitions, promises an exhilarating display of skills among 96 participating teams. With the success of the first season in May-June 2022, expectations are high for another thrilling instalment.

Season Overview

In the inaugural season, Team SouL emerged victorious, with Goblin earning the title of the BGMI tournament MVP. Now, teams are gearing up for another intense battle, aiming to etch their names in the annals of Indian mobile gaming history.

Tournament Format of BMPS 2023

The BMPS 2023 unfolds in two phases: the league stage and the Grand Finals. Divided into two groups, Blue and Red, each comprising 48 teams, the league stage spans from November 22 to December 9. Matches will follow a round-robin format, featuring five games daily with map rotations including Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, and Vikendi.

Daily Map Rotation in BMPS 2023:

  • Match 3: Sanhok
  • Match 4: Vikendi
  • Match 5: Erangel

Teams will play 15 matches in total during the league stage, earning bonus points based on weekly scoreboard rankings. Weekly reshuffling of groups keeps the competition dynamic. The top 16 teams from the overall points table after Week 1, 2, and 3 will advance to the Grand Finals.
