BGMI will be unveiled shortly on 29th May and players are excited to run it. It is already available on Android and will soon be available on iOS. Here are the system requirements for the new BGMI update for both the versions.
Battlegrounds Mobile India is finally returning to India after 10 months and players are excited. There have been several speculations about changes that will be coming to the game in the new update in compliance with the Indian government’s orders. The updated Play Store description has given us a sneak peek at a new map and also an improvement to the graphics with Unreal Engine 4. But will this lead to an upgrade in the hardware too?

The game will be changed significantly due to orders by the Indian government. Android has already received their pre-download, and iOS players will be getting the game on 29th May. You can either download it from your App Store or by downloading the APK.
Speculations lead us to believe that the download size will be around 600-700 MB. however, the total size might add up to 3-4 GB in total, so you must keep storage empty.
For Android:
- Version 4.3 or High
- GPU: Adreno (TM) 306 or High
- RAM: Minimum 1.5 GB RAM
For iOS:
- iPhone: iOS 9.0 or later
- iPad: iPadOS 9.0 or later
- iPod Touch: iOS 9.0 or later
The system requirements are posted on Krafton’s official site and the new BGMI is expected to run smoothly on the referenced hardware. However, if you want a better experience it is always recommended to get a high-end device.
