The Battlegrounds Mobile India Series – BGIS Semi Finals Day 1 has kicked off today Friday, January 7. Day 1 dominates by Skylightz Gaming and OR Esports with a total of 58 points each. The final match of the BGIS Semi Finals Day 1 goes to Skylightz Gaming. While Neyoo from GodLike Esports gets the Most Valuable Players (MVP) for Day 1.

The Skylightz Esports and OR Esports tops the table with 58 overall points each. R Esports comes with third position (53 points) while TSM comes 4th with 50 points. A total of 24 teams are competing with each other to get into the top 16 list moving ahead to the finals. Interestingly, the tournament winner will get a spot in the PUBG Mobile Global Championship – PMGC 2021 finals.
BGIS Semi Finals Day 1: Schedule
The BGIS Semi-Finals Day 1 schedule is divided into four groups – A, B, C, and D. The first day is a showcase of six matches in a round-robin format. Here’s a list of matches scheduled for Semi Finals Day 1:

BGIS 2021: Schedule And Prize Pool
The final match of Battlegrounds India Series quarterfinals was played on 5th January. After two days, the Semi finals Day 1 kicks off from 7th January. The semi-finals will sum up on January 10 and the top 16 will head over to the finals.
The prize pool of the BGIS 2021 is 1 Crore INR. Moreover, this is the first-ever tournament by BGMI after PUBG Mobile mega tournaments.
