EA Servers Down Again

EA Sports is the fan favourite gaming franchise which has the right of multiple games. They have developed quite a few games and game franchises which become very popular eventually. Among them, the FIFA franchise is the most popular. Currently, the latest version of FIFA is FIFA 22. But the EA server is down around the world now for the last few hours. Many people were tweeting about that and emailed EA. Well, the life span of FIFA 22 in esports is going to end very soon. As we all know FIFA 23 is just around the corner. After FIFA 23 launch the esports aspect of FIFA 22 will surely go down. So, this is the time for FIFA 22. Many events are happening around the world and the EA Server is down. This is very irritating for the players.

What Exactly Happen with EA servers?

The exact time is still unknown but a sum of 4000 EA servers are down across the globe. Among these 4000 servers, almost 2600 are of FIFA. Though the most popular instalment of FIFA is currently FIFA 22 there still is a craze about FIFA 21, FIFA 20, FIFA 19, and FIFA 18. These servers are also down. This affects the game as well as EA. EA did not say anything officially yet but according to our sources they are engaging with other platforms which provide their game like STEAM and trying to make a solution along with ORIGIN.

It is a massive breakdown which happened and still, the problem is there. Previously there were issues with ORIGIN and EA servers but not as big as this time. EA is working hard to resolve the issue. Specialists say that this will damage EA Sports. They could lose 5% of their customers as STEAM and ORIGIN crashed earlier before. This will be a huge loss. And can force EA to build a stronger server which can be reliable.

What are The Reactions and What are the Solutions?

Across the world, the impact is very big. As the down servers are mainly of FIFA 22. The players are very stressed and irritated. Many of them tweeted and mailed to the Help Centre of EA sports.

Here is an example to see how frustrated are the players. Some were in a match some were in a tournament and the server crashed. Someone wrote they would like to file a complaint of cheating against EA.

As for the solution, the estimated date of the EA servers to be back is still unknown officially. But it can take a day or two maximum for EA to get along normally. Let us hope for the best and watch.
