The popular American esports organization, FaZe Clan, has just added several new professional Valorant players to their ever-growing Valorant roster. With a below-average performance in VCT Masters Stage 1, the change was seen coming in the near future, and they have announced it today. The previous teams looked good but had many flaws in coms and compatibility between players, therefore, they have brought in 4 new players in their Faze clan new valorant roster.

They signed the core of Rise that included Phat “Supamen” Le, Kevin “Poised” Ngo, and Addison “ZecK” Gorzeck. ZecK will assume the Assistant Coach role in this new FaZe Clan lineup.
Additionally, they signed the ex-Built By Gamers player Jake “POACH” Brumleve and Teal Seam’s Michael “Mas” Smith, who’ll be the team’s new Analyst.
Time for Stage 2
With Valorant Champions Tour Stage 2 just around the corner, many Valorant teams are patching any potential holes in their rosters. When it comes to FaZe Clan, they’re taking things to a whole new level.
They currently have seven active players in their Valorant team, four remaining from their previous roster revamp from January, and the three new ones they just signed. While this gives them plenty of flexibility in the upcoming esports tournaments, it does make one wonder how this will possibly work out in the long run.
FaZe has confirmed that the core five will be:
- Jake “POACH” Brumleve
- Phat “supamen” Le
- Kevin “poised” Ngo
- Quan “dicey” Tran
- Andrej “babybay” Francisty
This leaves us with LarryBanks and the team’s former captain flyuh. They’ll most likely warm the bench for now and swap into the active roster if the need arises. The more realistic case will be that they’ll move into the inactive role, much like Rawkus.
Team with a lot of Potential
The current FaZe lineup certainly looks the best it has ever been. Babybay alone brings a ton of firepower to the mix, and there’s also dicey who’s a killer Chamber player.
The new trio of POACH, supamen, and poised will add some much-needed support the two FaZe carries will need. We can expect to POACH to be on Sova duty, supamen on Omen, and poised on Skye, or even something like Astra. Just a lot of control overall in this team.
FaZe will be competing in the upcoming VCT NA Stage 2 Open Qualifier where they received an automatic slot in the top 32 round. Whether FaZe will leave the open qualifier victorious remains to be seen. They missed the entirety of VCT Stage 1 so it would be a real shame if they miss the second one, too.
They will play their first match on April 29 and you can catch them live on the official Valorant Twitch stream. As for us, we can’t wait to see what this new roster can do and whether they’ll exceed our expectations.
