Valorant Oceania Tour Of 2022: Valorant Oceanic players will be able to fight for many possibilities to participate on the international stage. From January till September the event will be divided into two stages: Stage 1 and Stage 2. Each stage will culminate in a Regional Stage Finals. Where teams will receive points depending on their rankings to qualify for the Valorant Oceania Championship in 2022.
With higher prize money and additional international avenues for regional players. Riot Games has appointed LetsPlay.Live (LPL), an oceanic esports event organizer and broadcasting media firm. As the sole broadcast partner for the Valorant Oceania Tour 2022 in the region.
Valorant Oceania Tour 2022 Stage 1-
After a great year of programming and tournaments in 2021. LetsPlay.Live returns as the sole broadcast partner for the Valorant Oceania Tour. The prize pool of this year’s competition is AUD 80,000 (increased AUD 30,000 from the VALORANT Oceania Tour in 2021). Which creates new international avenues for the Oceanic players to compete in the APAC Playoffs.
Which would allow them to qualify for the Valorant Masters to represent their region. LetsPlay Live will oversee registration, operations, and production for each competitive stage. As well as the VALORANT Oceania Championship in 2022.
Opportunities for Valorant Oceanic players:
Valorant players in the Oceanic region will be able to compete for many opportunities. Which can allow them to participate on the international stage. Valorant Oceania Tour 2022 is all set to start from January till September.
The event will be divided into Stage 1 and Stage 2. Each stage will conclude with a Regional Playoffs, in which teams will gain points depending on their placements. For the qualification of Valorant Oceania Championship in 2022.
The top 8 teams from each stage compete for an AUD 25,000 prize pool. With the winning team from each Regional Playoff earning a spot in the APAC Playoffs. With the chance to represent their region and compete in the Valorant Masters.
The AUD 30,000 prize pool for the 2022 Valorant Oceania Championship will cap off the year for Oceania. The Valorant Oceania Tour 2022 kicks off in January with Stage 1 Open Qualifier.
