Fortnite Gears Of War: Epic Games is going to collaborate with Gears of War for its 15th Anniversary. On this occasion, players will get a free spray and some cosmetics in the Fortnite Battle Royale item shop. In order to claim the items, players will need to complete the Fortnite Challenges.

Yesterday Epic Games had actually updated their launcher notifications and added a brand new notification for Fortnite. The title and description of that notification stated the following- New in the game the Fortnite delta one set legendary heroes Marcus Fenix and Kate Diaz brings the unique skills of delta one to the island is available now.
This notification was actually set to show up after 10th December Item Shop. However, for some reason, they just decided to add it some days early. Basically Epic is going to add two skins in the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 which are from the Gears of War franchise.
Once these Cosmetics are released, we will have a set of new Fortnite Gears of War challenges that players will need to complete in order to claim free rewards. We will have a total of 5 challenges and completing them will fetch you 20,000 Fortnite XP each.
Therefore completing all the challenges will get you 1,00,000 Fortnite XP that will help you level up in the game. Apart from the Fortnite XP players will get a free spray once they complete all the challenges. Hence it is a great opportunity for all Fortnite players to participate in challenges and win free rewards.

The Fortnite Gears of War cosmetics will be able in the Fortnite Battle Royale starting from 9th December 2021 at 7 PM ET till 17th December 2021 at 9 AM ET. In total there will be Six different cosmetics that will be added to the game as part of this Epic 15th Anniversary celebration.
Cosmetics:
Apart from the two skins, we will have 2 Fortnite Back Blings, 3 Fortnite Pickaxe, 1 Fortnite glider. The in-game name of all the Fortnite cosmetics are:

Most probably players will need to purchase the Fortnite Gears of War outfits from the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 Item Shop directly. After purchasing the skins players can get more rewards by simply completing the challenges which are added for everyone in Fortnite.
