North American team Sentinels were handed their first loss in the Valorant LAN event after G2 esports crushed them by 2-0. Moreover, this was the second time that Sentinels lost a map at an International level as they were dominating in all the tournaments till now for more than one year. European team G2 defeated Sentinels in the group stage match of VCT Masters Berlin.

Sentinels First Loss in Valorant Champions Tour Masters
Sentinels are the defending champions of AMsters as they won the trophy in a dominating way in Iceland. Furthermore, they didn’t lose a single map at Iceland and this tells us how good the team is. However, they lost their first map at LAN in the previous game against G2.
G2 esports completed their homework and totally outplayed Sentinels on both the maps. Sentinels key players like Tenz and Zombswere out of touch as Zombs only managed to pick up one kill in the first map. The loss means, things are not going to be easy for Sentinels this time.

The map was selected by G2 esports. Moreover, this was the map where G2 handed Sentinels their first map loss in Valorant LAN in the previous match. However, Sentinels won that match by 2-1.
This time G2 was well prepared for the game and they totally outplayed them. Also, this was the biggest loss for Sentinels as they lost by a difference of 10 rounds.

Split is Sentinel’s strongest map, and they tasted their first loss at a Valorant LAN here. Moreover, they tried to make a comeback in the second half but, G2 was well prepared to handle the champions.

This was Sentinels’s first loss at VCT Masters. Moreover, they lost a match earlier in the qualifier round where XSET defeated them by 3-2.
As it stands, both the teams are qualified for the next round and will play in the quarter-finals.
