Location 1: The Dirty Docks
There is a Soccer playing character in The Dirty Docks. However, this player resides in the southeast region of this place. But you have to find him behind the walls as he disguises there.
Location 2: The Holly Hedges
The Holly Hedges also has a Soccer Character. First, you have to go to the southeast part of this area. Now you have to search for a big house. Here you will find a small-sized soccer field.
Location 3: The Pleasant Park
After reaching Pleasant Park, head towards the center of the town. Here you can find a soccer field. Now, you can see the soccer character waiting here.
