Developers regularly launch new characters in the game to give fresh experience to players. Shirou is one of the newest characters launched in Free Fire. As we already know that there are paid characters. Players need to spend a large number of diamonds to unlock these characters. Garena, with their latest update, has decided to offer Shirou for free to the players.
How to get Shirou for free:
Earlier, Free Fire had announced that players could get Shirou for free by taking part in an online event. Here players needed to comment on the post. If the post reached a milestone of 200,000 comments. It would be accessible free for all players.
Through a social media post, the company has revealed that they have crossed the milestone in a day. So, players just have to log into Free Fire on February 27 to get Shirou for free.
The post reads:
“Woah! We completed the milestone and that too in a day!! This is Awesome!! Congratulations survivors on reaching the milestone and unlocking the character Shirou! Login on the 27th of February and claim the character for FREE!”
Shirou Abilities:
Shirou’s description says that he is the “fastest delivery boy around”. He has a passive ability called “Damage Delivered”. This ability helps him in marking the enemy for 6 seconds who attacks him within the range of 80m. The marking will only be visible to a player, not the teammates.
The first shot does 50% additional armor penetration on an enemy and a cool-down time of 35 seconds. As the level increases, this ability gets further enhanced by increasing the additional armor penetration and decreasing the cooldown timer.
At the highest level, Damage Delivery will do 100% additional armor penetration and a cool down time of 20 seconds.
So players can unlock this new character very soon in the game and use it whenever they want.
