The third day of the PMGC Finals i.e. PUBG Mobile Global Championship Finals has been postponed due to network issues. The announcement was made regarding the postponement of Day 3 as technical issues still prevail at the PMGC FINALS.

Mobile eSports officials mentioned on social media that players’ safety and health remain top priority that’s why they are playing in isolation from their hotel rooms which made technical and network solutions more challenging. They also added that the team is working vigorously to fix the issues and assured to resolve the network issues faced by the players. “We are deeply sorry for not being able to bring you the matches today“, the announcement read.
They also appreciated the patience and support shown by players and the fans. Now, the matches have been scheduled to start from January 24, 2021, on YouTube. But PUBG Mobile officials have not officially announced it yet.
Day 2 matches were also canceled. The unveiling of the new PUBG Mobile map was also side-lined due to technical difficulties. The troubles for PMGC 2020 have soared since the event shifted from a LAN event to an online event after three players were tested positive for COVID-19, whose identity remains unrevealed.
All the players were supposed to complete the PMGC finals from the Coca- Cola Arena in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. At the end of Day 1 of PMGC, after the completion of six matches, Klas Digital Athletics stood at the top of the table with 80 points. Angry Men (4 AM) at second place with 75 points and Natus Vincera (Navi) at third place with 68 points.
