Valorant APAC also known as the Asia Pacific region has completed day 3. APAC is also known as the Asia Pacific region consists of teams from East Asia such as China and Hong Kong; North Asia such as Russia and South Russia; South Asia such as India and Pakistan; South East Asia such as Malaysia and Singapore; Oceana such as Australia and New Zealand. The tournament will be played between 16th to 27th of March. A Lot Happened On Day 5 Of Valorant APAC!

The tournament has now completed 5 successful days with group stages coming to an end soon. There have been many ups and downs in these 5 days for the 16 teams divided into 4 groups.

Valorant has announced an event coming on 27th March 2022. This announcement has added a cherry on cake of Valorant APAC because of the tough competition going on, this performance will add special texture to the tournament.

What Were The Results Of APAC Day 5?

Day 5 was full of tragedy for the fans. It showed the results which were least expected by all and broke a lot of hearts around the globe.

The first match was played between BONKERS (OCE) and PERSIJA ESPORTS (ID). All three games were won in overtime. The two teams were hard to separate and the pressure just made it harder for players.
The first match was won by BONK in an overtime 17-15. The rounds went front and back between both teams but BONK started the series with a win. The second game was won by PSJ 15-13. The third game was a decider, and the competitiveness of the match showed it would not be easy for either team. The third and final map was won by PSJ 15-13, winning the long series 2-1. This was the most interesting match so far…

The second game had a very unfortunate result. It was scheduled to be played between BLEED ESPORTS (MY&SG) and XERIA (TH). This was the second scheduled match of the day. The match was forfeit due to technical issues from the XIA side and BLD was announced as the winners of the series. XERIA fans showed their anger on Twitter and smashed Riot Games for their bad management.

The third game was a heartbreak for the Indian fans and other Velocity Gaming fans. It was scheduled between Velocity Gaming and FULL SENSE. VLT looked strong in the first game which was won by FS 14-12 on overtime. VLT fans believed that VLT will bounce back on the second map but destiny was on the other side. FS smashed VLT 13-3 to win the second map and clinch the series 2-0. VLT fans were in shock after the results because they expected VLT to be better than this.

How Does The Table Stand After Day 5?

  • Group A: Boom Esports lead the table by +18 points, followed by Cerberus Esports(+3). The bottom 2 consists of Made in Thailand(0) and No Namers(-21).
  • Group B: Paper Rex lead the table by +21 points, followed by Persija Esports(+8). The bottom 2 consists of Bonkers(-4) and Fancy United Esports(-25).
  • Group C: Blood eSports leads the table by +4 points, followed by XERIA(+10). Bottom 2 consists of ONIC Esports(+4) and NAOS Esports(-18).
  • Group D: Full Sense leads the table by +21 points, followed by South Built Esports (-2). Bottom 2 consists of Velocity Gaming(-6) and South Built Esports(-13).

The Decider is yet to be played for Group A, C, and D. With 5 teams already qualified for Knockouts but teams will be waiting to win the final match and win the slot in the Knockout stage. Group B is done with their matches and has found their top two in the form of Paper Rex and Persija Esports but with the other results be justifying enough to the fans? We have to wait and watch but enjoy!
