Marill is a Water and Fairy type pokemon. It is one of the most loved water pokemon. As the Luminous Legends X event and Fairy-type Challenge is going on, Niantic has added an exclusive Marill Limited Edition Research.
There are some changes in the event to get Shiny Marill too. Also, there are chances to evolve your Marill into Azumarill in Pokemon GO.

Steps to Catch Marill in this Event
The steps are being repeated after the completion of step 10. The same method is to be followed till 20. After 20 steps, there are no more missions left.
Step 1 and 11
- Transfer two Pokemons: Marill Encounter.
- Catch two Pokemons: Marill Encounter.
- Make two nice throws: Marill Encounter
The completion of the first and eleventh tasks will give 10 Pokeballs, 500 Stardusts, and 1,000 XP.
Step 2 and 12

The reward after completing these tasks will be the players will have to face Marill Encounter once again, 500 Stardusts, and 1,000 XP.
