The time has now come for which we were eagerly waiting this March, and Apex Legends is finally coming to Nintendo Switch at the celebration time of its second anniversary. A large number of Switch owners are waiting for this announcement for a long time.

Apex Legends will be available for free like other platforms. It’s not clear whether it will need Nintendo’s online account to play the game online as Fortnite doesn’t require an online account to play the game online.

Many of the fans are waiting for a new trailer by Respawn Entertainment, but no trailer is announced yet. Respawn Entertainment has posted only a logo revealed only last year.

EA says, “Apex Legends will launch on Switch with support for cross-platform play, our latest seasonal content, and full feature parity with the other versions of the game. Plus, since we’re launching a few weeks after the start of Season 8, Switch players will be granted 30 free levels for their Season 8 Battle Pass. For the first two weeks after launch, playing on Switch will also earn you double XP.”

With Apex Legends’ launch on Nintendo Switch, it comes with cross-platform support where switch owners can play with Console and PC players. Players couldn’t carry any of their progress, which they have on PC or Consoles, because it still does not support Cross- Progression feature. Apex Legends will be available on Nintendo Switch on 9th March 2021. There is also news that Apex Legends will be available on Mobile Devices in March 2021.
